Good communication is at the heart of what we do; we aim to liaise with you regularly keeping you up to date with developments on your project, so you feel part of the team and the design process.
To design a building successfully requires working closely with all partners and stakeholders through every stage of the project, from evaluating sites, identifying each unique opportunity, and developing its potential.

Our relationship with councils   

We pride ourselves on being open and honest, offering advice that will achieve successful planning approval or a positive response from Local Authorities.

We have developed close relationships with Local Planning Authorities in and around Kent and work with many partners in the field of Planning and Local Authority Development Control.
