The buildings continue to occupy a prominent position off junction 7 of the M20, seen as the gateway to Maidstone. Due to the topography of the site both buildings have semi-basement car parking, with three floors of open plan office above. The buildings are of a 6m concrete frame primary grid with aluminium curtain wall cladding under a gently curving roof. Penthouse offices on each building look out onto a sedum roof. Barn Conversion, Wrotham

This robust, brick, industrial barn stands on an exposed site on top of Wrotham Hill. Whilst it had been granted planning consent the scheme lacked imagination. The use of structural glass was employed to act as a foil to the massive solid nature of the existing brickwork. Major spaces were left at full height to maintain the essence of the building whilst providing the accommodation required by a large family.
